Gaffel & Karaffel consists of several different rooms and floors, each with its atmosphere. Here, you'll find a restaurant, function rooms, a wine bar and one of Stavanger's most unique banqueting halls.

The restaurant - classic à la carte with a focus on seasonal ingredients.

The wine bar - a cosy and stylish bar with a varied selection.

Festsalen - an elegant hall with a stage, perfect for larger occasions.

Krystall - a room with panoramic views and a modern gas fireplace.

Metall - a smaller, cosy room with characteristic details.

Mafiabordet - a separate room for groups who want a different setting for their meal.

Gaffel & Karaffel offers solutions for most types of occasions - from confirmations and weddings to courses, conferences and corporate events. The chef customises the menu according to the season and your wishes, whether it's tapas, a multi-course dinner or simpler dishes. Menus can also be composed with recommendations for suitable drinks upon request. The head waiter and head chef are happy to assist with planning.

Courses and tastings for smaller groups are available on request, focusing on food and drink combinations, ingredients and preparation.

Gaffel og Karaffel Restaurant is an à la carte restaurant located adjacent to the house. Here, you will also find the wine cellar. If you want a flavour experience with variety, you can choose the ‘Pimp my table’ concept, where the kitchen puts together a selection of signature dishes to be shared at the table.
