Explore the Lysefjord, Preikestolen and Ryfylke
We have our base in Østhusvik at Rennesøy. Rennesøy consists of eight small isles known as “The emerald isles” due to its wonderful botanical diversity. Rennesøy is also the municipality in Norway with the highest density of historic relics, such as the heritage trail at Bru and Utstein Abbey at Mosterøy. In beautiful Østhusvik, you will find plenty of opportunities for bathing, fishing and enjoying outdoor life, as well as lovely spots for seaside camping. Østhusvik is located by the Ryfylke basin, and in close proximity to famous attractions such as Kvitsøy and the Lysefjord, where Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) and other steep and wild mountain sides are a fascinating view. We communicate via walkie talkie (Motorola TLKR T80 Extreme Quad with 2 way's communication between the drivers.
