Stavanger
SALON du NORD, located at Hotel Victoria, is the perfect meeting place with the right atmosphere to start your night out.
SALON du NORD - Tradition, craftsmanship and timeless atmosphere
SALON du NORD first opened as a barber and hairdressing salon in 1900. Back then, good craftsmanship was a matter of principle, hospitality an art form - and a good conversation as important as the surroundings. Today, SALON du NORD builds on these values with a respectful blend of past and present.
Coffee, conversation and classic ambience
Whether you're looking for a quiet corner for reflection or want to meet friends in a warmer environment, there's always a place for you at SALON du NORD. This is the place for genuine meetings - with or without a cup in hand.
The look of the evening
After dark, SALON du NORD transforms into a social meeting place with historical references and a modern touch. The bar offers a selection of beverages inspired by classic styles and with an emphasis on pure ingredients and consistent presentation.
A menu in step with the season
The drinks menu is regularly updated and is based on seasonal ingredients. You'll find hot and cold drinks, beer, wine and non-alcoholic alternatives - all selected with a focus on quality and natural ingredients.
