Behind Seid and Café ilo are Karl Erik Pallesen from Fisketorget and Siggi Ragnarsson from Matboden. With Café Ilo and a third restaurant concept, Seid will ensure that the high-rise building in Knud Holms Gate becomes Stavanger's food centre.
