They focus on natural ingredients, with local flavours on the menu such as Sirdalsørret, Sirdalslam, Blåneis and cured meats from Ådneram. "Komle" (a Norwegian potato dumpling) on Thursdays is a tradition during holidays, where both hotel guests, locals and cabin residents gather. The restaurant seats up to 200 people, and the premises are perfect for weddings and parties.
