Archipelago Cruise with the sailboat Havsul // Arendal
A pleasant 3-hour boat tour in the Arendal archipelago.
Get tickets hereA pleasant 3-hour tour in the Arendal archipelago, where skipper Roar Laugerud tells you about what you see (and don't see) along the way.
This will be a round trip with storytelling and opportunities for beach stops at:
-
Uthavna Mærdø: Well-preserved buildings with lots of history from the sailing ship era. Museum with guided tours during the school summer holidays.
-
Bratteklev Shipyard and Museum: Well-preserved shipyard at the entrance to Arendal. Very authentic - it looks just like it did 150 years ago.
-
Frisøya: Island in Tromøysundet where many sailing ships were built. Traces of the activity are still visible.
On Wednesday and Saturday tours, passengers receive earplugs so they can easily hear what Roar tells about some of the things we pass.
When? Sailings on Wednesdays at 17:00 and Saturdays at 12:00 from May to August.
Registration By SMS or phone to Tone Pernille at 99469957.
Price NOK 350,- per person regardless of age.
Bring If you have children with you, bring a life jacket in the correct size for your child. There is nothing to buy on board, so it might be wise to bring some snacks/drinks, as we will be out for 2-3 hours.
Charter tours (max 12 people) can be booked outside these days. Price NOK 3000 per hour (including VAT). We will take you wherever you want with or without sailing along the way.
