The ground floor in the house is for rent, containing 3 double rooms, 2 WC/showers, and kitchen to share. Flatscreen in all rooms. Private entrance, parking, and possible to use the garden in front of the house, with a view towards the strait Galtesund. The rooms have also a wonderful view towards the seaward approach towards Arendal and Galtesund.

The house is located on the Batteriet in Arendal, above the street Langbryggen on the eastern side of town. It is very close to the town centre, only a 1-minute walk to all town facilities. Batteriet is also a quiet and calm part of town, very much shielded from the town noise.

Festivals/events separate agreements. Rooms to rent during conferences, price by agreement. Prices can be discussed at longer stays or other needs. Extra beds possible when necessary. Free wireless internet in all rooms on ground floor.
