Bjellandstrand Farm banquet rooms

Bjellandstrand is located in rural surroundings on Tromøy island outside Arendal, in the middle of Raet National Park and with the sea as its nearest neighbour. In the immediate area there are great hiking opportunities and beaches.

Banquet facilities
Bjellandstrand organizes closed/private parties all year round, and is a lovely place to arrange everything from weddings to jubilee and office parties or other corporate events.. The rose garden helps to create a completely unique atmosphere for receptions and mingling in the summer months.
They welcome companies all year round and can offer seating for 125 people divided into:
Company room on the 2nd floor for 80-85 people.
The farmhouse for 45 people.

Kafe and Villrosen gift and interior shop
​​​​​​The farm has a cozy summer café that is open Wednesday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 (open from June 25th to August 8th). Here you can enjoy lunch or cake and coffee outside on their cozy outdoor seating or inside if the weather dictates. Take a trip to the charming shop that has many charming summer products for the garden and outdoor life. It is free to visit the café and the shop.

On the farm you will find a lush visitor garden which is open to the public in parts of June, July and August. They also welcome groups such as gardening teams, teams and associations for tours and dining. The food is based on the season's best ingredients, and the hosts take pride in using local quality producers to create fresh, lush and tempting food. Vegetables, berries and fruit are often taken from the farm's own beach garden.
Bjellandstrand farm was started in 2005 by the host and owners Jon and Unni Ramsvatn. They have built up the farm to become a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The price to visit the garden is NOK 90 per person, free for children under 16 years. Season pass NOK 200.

How to get there
The farm is located 10 minutes from the center of Arendal. Drive towards Tromøy over Tromøy bridge then turn left towards Kongshavn. After approx. 2 km, turn right at the sign for Tromøy church, follow this road for another 2 km until the sign for Bjelland 0.6. Then follow the signs to Bjellandstrand farm.
