Kvikk'n ice rink @ Sam Eydes Plass

Kvikk’n Ice Rink at Sam Eyde Square, right in front of Arendal Culture and Town Hall, is open for everyone – completely free. Whether you’re young or old, you can glide across the ice, enjoy the winter atmosphere, or simply take in the lively city centre as the rink sparkles through the season.

Don’t have your own skates? No problem. At Kvikk’n you can borrow skates free of charge.

Every day: 11:00–19:00

Skate rental rules
To make sure everyone gets the most out of the skates, please follow these simple rules:

• Skates may only be used on the ice rink.
• Do not walk on asphalt or cobblestones with skates on.
• When finished, tie the skates together.
• Hang the skates neatly back in place.
• If the door is locked, place the skates in the box.
• Skates cannot be taken home.
