The Østre Tromøy lighted trail offers great outdoor experiences all year round – a popular local area for walkers, joggers, and families.
The 1.8 km trail winds through gentle forest terrain and connects to a larger network of paths leading to many of the beautiful hiking areas in eastern Tromøy. In winter, when the snow arrives, the trail becomes a perfect place for children learning to ski – and for anyone who wants to enjoy the peaceful winter atmosphere.
The trail starts just across the road from Sandnes School, and everything is in place here for great nature experiences throughout the year.
