Bjørn Tomren – Doing the Best He Can – Spring Solo Tour 2026
With his unmatched voice, broad musical expression, and surreal storytelling, Bjørn Tomren sets out on tour performing both new and well-loved songs. His repertoire spans religious folk tunes, throat singing, Americana, jazz, medieval ballads, yodeling, psychedelic protest music, and tender songs so quiet you might not notice them until you’re on your way home.

Since 2019, Tomren has released three critically acclaimed albums. In 2021, he became a national favourite as the stand-out star of NRK’s Stjernekamp, hailed as “the coolest artist in the show’s history.” He later toured extensively with sold-out concert halls across Norway.

He is also known for his acting role in the NRK drama series Våre beste år, and beyond the stage he is an adventurer: holding world records for travelling the length of Norway by kayak, on foot, on skis, and by rowboat. He has even had a brief career as a clown.
