Street pole hunt Grimstad

The "Stolpejakten" (Pole Hunt) has arrived in Grimstad!
Poles in Grimstad and Fevik will be available shortly.

Stolpejakten is all about finding poles that are centrally placed in different municipalities. You can register the poles manually, digitally, or by using the mobile app that allows you to scan the QR code on each pole.

How it works:

1. Find poles
The first thing you need is a map showing where the poles are located. There are two versions of the map: a printed brochure and a digital one integrated into the app. The map brochure is available for free at various locations (this varies by municipality), and in some areas, it's even distributed to all households.
The Stolpejakten app is free to download from Google Play or App Store.
There are many poles to find, divided into four difficulty levels — can you find them all?

• GREEN – very easy, accessible by bike and wheelchair

• BLUE – easy

• RED – medium

• BLACK – difficult

2. Register
You decide how many poles you want to find. It's fun to keep track of your progress! Register poles either digitally via the app or online portal, or manually by writing the code on the map.
To register digitally, you need a (free) user account.

Each pole has a code and a QR code.

• For manual registration, write down the code directly on your map and submit it later.

• For digital registration, use the app to scan the QR code or enter the code on your online profile.

3. Win prizes
Each pole you register earns you a ticket in the draw for great prizes from local partners. The more poles you register, the higher your chances of winning!
Digital participants are automatically entered in the prize draw. Manual participants must mail in the map.
