Swimming places for disabled people in Grimstad

Accommodating locations by the shore for disabled people
Hasseltangen is to the east of the municipality.
Here is the beech forest, paved trails both down to a pier at Sømskilen and up to a viewpoint with a view to the sea. It is aimed at everything from Torungene at the entrance to Arendal and to Valøyene just outside Fevik.
The Hasseltång is used a lot, and it is possible to fish for sea trout from the pier even though it is shallow.
Marivold area.
In this area there are a lot of trails and a beautiful seat on the Yellow promontory all the way to Smørsund which is the eastern entrance to Grimstad. Here you feel you are out in the archipelago with a big traffic of small boats in the summer. Marivold is also a campsite in the summer, but if you speak to the campsite operator, ask them to show you the way down to Paradise Bay where there is a parking lot for HC.
Kalvehageneset is located in Homborsund west of the city. A few years ago, it was organized for people with disabilities. From the viewpoint you will see the Homborsund lighthouse and the Homborside sea stretch, which at the east end may be quite wild and dangerous.
