Norway's only peat museum covering production from 1896 to present day, powered by a steam engine from 1907.

The "peat for bedding" factory was built in 1896 and was operational until 1967. It was reopened as a museum in 1989. The machinery is powered by an English mobile steam engine (Traction engine) from 1907.
