Over 20,000 summer flowers in flowerbeds, flower towers, boxes and buckets in the streets, as well as 2000m2 of roses and perennials, adorn the centre of Kristiansand from May till late in September.

In Wergelands Park in the spring you find more than 8500 flowering bulbs in fantastic colours. Pre-school children grow plants in their nursery school, and these are then planted out by the children.

Also in Wergeland's Park you will find a bronze statue of Henrik Wergeland from 1908, made by Gustav Vigeland.

Also visit the parks in Ravnedalen and Gimle Gård to see beautiful gardens and cultural events.
