Roligheden Camping has 150 pitches for motorhomes, glamping tents and regular tents. Of these, 50 pitches are possible to book in advance per day/daily, either online or by telephone +47 970 59 700. The majority of capacity in all categories is reserved for drop-in visitors.

There are several buses every hour to the Zoo and the centre of Kristiansand. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the camp site.

Kristiansand Zoo has taken over operation of Roligheden Camping, which is located right on the shore close to the centre of Kristiansand. If, as a guest you wish to visit the Zoo, you will receive many of the same benefits as those who stay at the Zoo’s other accommodation alternatives – including discounted zoo entry tickets.

Some of the facilities at the camp site:
Dishwasher and hob (in shared kitchen), water, play area, toilets (also disable toilets), pizza wagon, kiosk (in reception).

Also access to (additional charges): electricity, showers, washing machine/tumble dryer in utility room, bedding hire, cleaning of glamping tents.

Swimming and shoreline near Roligheden Camping 
Close to Roligheden Camping is one of Kristiansand’s finest bathing areas, Bertesbukta! Here there are sandy beaches and rock outcrops, bathing jetties and floating stages. There is also access to bathing for disabled persons.
