We were under the impression that once you got an education, a job, and a family, everything would just fall into place from there. But that’s not how it turned out! Life has a tendency to throw so many surprises your way, and most of the time, you're just hanging on by a thread, wondering if everyone else is as confused as you are.
“Life, I guess” is a funny stand-up show about the tragicomedy life offers, which NONE of us are prepared for, simply because the training has been so completely useless. What did we really learn from the fairy tales, actually? Or the movies and songs we grew up with? And what about what we learned in school—have you ever used that when life hits hard? The comforting thought is that we’re all beginners when it comes to life's challenges, and we’re all pretty clumsy at it!
