City walk in Mandal for groups

Mandal Museum offers an exciting historical walking tour in Mandal, where you can learn about the stories of the "King of Mandal," trading empires, and salmon adventures!

Mandal didn't receive city status until 1921, but there has been settlement here long before then. Mandal Museum welcomes groups for guided tours and city walks throughout the year. During the summer, daily art walks are included in the museum ticket. Meeting point is at the museum entrance in Andorsengården.

A city walk can be combined with various museum visits, such as Vigeland Hus, Gustav Vigeland's childhood home, Andorsengården with its art collection, or Ballastbrygga Industrial History Center. All of these are part of Mandal Museum.
