Lindesnes Havhotell

Lindesnes Havhotell is idyllically located in Båly, Spangereid. The proximity to the vast blue nature characterizes a visit to the Sea Hotel, and both experiences, decor, and food draw inspiration and frames from the surroundings and the local area. A visit here offers sensory-rich walks on foot, on two wheels, or in a kayak. And we know that they are passionate year-round swimmers at this hotel, who gladly recommend a winter swim while the sun hangs low. And even though most people travel to enjoy the southern tip of Norway in the summer, we advocate for the fall, spring, and winter here as well. The tranquility, the light, and the surroundings should be experienced outside the summer season. Even in the middle of winter, you can mostly walk snow-free on beautiful coastal paths with a low winter sun or take a brisk morning swim in an ice-free sea.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and experiences related to it. A cozy walk away, you will find Kråkevika with a white sandy beach and smooth rocks. Lindesnes Lighthouse is about 10 km away and is a must-visit during your stay at the hotel; all guests receive a free entrance ticket to the lighthouse museum. The world-famous underwater restaurant "Under" is within walking distance of Lindesnes Havhotell.

Activities offered include kayak rental, bike lending, a fitness room, fishing, and volleyball. There are also many hiking trails in the surrounding area.

The hotel has both hotel rooms and apartments, several of which have a sea view. The rooms are decorated in light, delicate colors that reflect the surroundings at the southern tip of Norway. All apartments have balconies. The hotel also has modern conference facilities with meeting rooms, boardrooms, plenary halls, and beautiful common areas. They can accommodate groups of up to 150 people.

If you want to use the hotel as a base for other experiences in the south, the hotel is in the center of Southern Norway's best destinations for children. The zoo, Sørlandsbadet, and Lindland Gård, to name a few. The Lista landscape with its beautiful coastal path and Lista Lighthouse—or the Magma Geopark in Flekkefjord—is also just a half-hour drive away.
