Farsund guest marina

The Farsund Marina has been voted Norway’s best Marina several times, the marina is a place where you can park your boat and enjoy the scenery. With beautiful mountains in the background, old houses, flowers and a great atmosphere – it is the perfect place to park your boat. 

In the summer season, Farsund’s Watchman, (Norway’s only female watchman) greets tourists on the wharf with fresh rolls -just in time for your morning coffee. She is happy to answer any questions you may have about your stay in Farsund. 

The marina has restrooms, shower facilities, washer/dryer, in addition to water and electricity for the boats. Guests at Farøy RV camp are also welcome to use the facilities at Farsund marina at Gåsholmen and Verven harbour. We do not take any reservations in the harbours or at the RV camp. 

Even if you do not have a boat, you can enjoy the experience. Sit on a bench and watch the swans, have a coffee at a local store overlooking the marina or enjoy a stroll along the water’s edge.
