Kvinen Turiststasjon
This cabin is superbly located as Kvinen is a hub in a network of trails in many directions.
The cabin is situated in the north part of Kvifjorden approx. 300m from 'Kvinen Gård'. It can be rented fromDNT Sør. There are 37 beds over 2 floors. There is a new furnace in the hallway that can be used for drying clothes in addition to the old drying room. Woodshed / toilet was built in 2007, the toilets inside the main cabin are closed. There is running water on the south side of the cabin all year round. The cabin is self catered, i.e. there are cooking facilities and food here.
There are marked ski trails in the winter from Donsen to Kvinen and on to Josephsbu. During the summer there are some magnificent hikes.
