Dansarberga - round trip 6,5 km

This undulating trail winds through the forest. As it has some steep sections, especially around the
Mt. Ørnefjell, walking poles may be a good idea. Along the way there are feldspar mines and you will
encounter the Evje mineral trail. The Landsverk 1 mine, with 63 different minerals, is unique in Scandinavia.
Originally, Dansarberga (“Mountain of dance”) was a place where young people gathered to dance. It is a plateau the size of a large dance floor. Next to it there is a rock, providing a seat for the fiddler. Several nice viewpoints along the way. Recommended footwear: solid trainers or hiking shoes. Please note that the trail may be slippery.
