Opdal Hunting and Fishing Association invites you to the annual and traditional ice fishing competition on Gjevilvatnet. Everyone is welcome – young and old, experienced anglers, and those who just want to enjoy a day on the ice. Not into fishing? No worries! Prizes will be drawn among all participants, regardless of catch.

Schedule:

• Registration from 10:30 AM
• Fishing from 12:00–2:00 PM

The participant who catches the biggest fish wins the grand prize: a gift card worth 3000 NOK at Intersport Oppdal. Additional prizes are awarded for most fish, smallest fish, and several random draws.

Participation fee:

• Adults: 150 NOK
• Children/youth under 16 years: 75 NOK

Opdal JFL will drill holes in the ice, and we’ll bring a grill! Hot dogs, drinks, coffee, and other snacks will be available at affordable prices.
