1. Trondheim – the capital of kos

Trondheim, the biggest city in Trøndelag, has so much to offer!

Visit the cosiest of cosy places – Bakklandet. This colourful neighbourhood with its charming wooden houses has a delightful, laid-back vibe, and cobbled streets that are home to many cafés and restaurants.

4. Charming Røros

Just a two-hour drive from Trondheim, you'll find a hidden gem called Røros. With its picturesque old wooden buildings, the town has an atmosphere that will make you feel you are stepping into another time.

5. Creative hearts at Stokkøya

Meet the creative souls of Trøndelag!

You'll need flip-flops in Trøndelag too. The locals built this gem on Stokkøya island, so that you can enjoy unspoilt nature on both land and sea.

At Stokkøya Sjøsenter and The Beach Bar you can really relax, with excellent food, comfortable accommodation and fun-filled activities like windsurfing and kayaking.
