Hitra Gårdsmat has received numerous awards for their grotto cheeses. On the farm shop you can buy all the cheeses, and you also get tastings.
You can see in the cheese cave and greet the cows. From the shop you can see into the cheese factory, where there is full activity about every other day. If we are not home, only to supply yourself with cheese and leave money on the bench. Cozy with a note about what you have purchased.
