ABOUT THE GUIDED TOUR

Klimapark 2469 is an outdoors discovery centre with focus on climate history, hunting traditions, geology and biology. Explore the area with a guide who will take you and your group on a journey through an exciting world of new experiences and insights. The route across Juvflye, by the foot of the Galdhøpiggen mountain, is equipped with walkways and information displays.

At Juvfonne, by the end of the walkway, there is a human made ice tunnel 70 metres into the 7000-year-old ice. The tunnel is designed and lit by the artist and sculptor Peder Istad.

Dogs are not allowed in the ice tunnel.

The Climate Park 2469 and the ice tunnel is only accessible during summer season.
