The Norwegian Supper Club is a partnership between Visit Norway, Gastronomy Norway and some of the best chefs in the country. Below, you will find everything you need to know about the Norwegian Supper Club.
Norwegian culinary culture has long been characterised by simplicity and good resource utilisation, strongly linked to responsible agriculture, and unique, pure natural ingredients. Add excellent craftsmanship by some of the world's top chefs, and you have all you need for an unforgettable experience.
Our chefs have hand picked the locations to create a menu inspired by the surrounding landscape, and using unique, locally-sourced ingredients. Only 12 seats are available for each dinner. Will you be the one of the lucky diners? Sign up for a chance to secure a seat at the table.

"The products and producers in Trøndelag are amazing. I think we have everything, from both the sea and the mountains, and we also have very good vegetables in this area."

In a traditional fishing village on the tiny island of Stokkøya in Trondheimsfjorden you will find Strandbaren (the beach bar), located on one of Norway's most beautiful beaches. The building consists of large glass surfaces facing the sea, and on a clear summer evening you can glimpse flashes of light from Halten Lighthouse, which is located about 16 nautical miles to the northwest. Much of the wood used in its construction was sourced from the surrounding forest.
