Company presentation

1. Prepare your content

Before you start building your company presentation, you should prepare your content so that you easily can add it to the publishing system.

• Create a new folder on your computer, e.g "Visitnorway".
• Select a logo that looks good against a white background (if you have several alternatives), and copy it to the folder.
• Find 1 to 3 good images representing your company and offerings, and copy them to the folder.
• Create a descriptive title for each image.
• Create a description for each image.
• Check copyright. Verify that you are allowed to use the image on Visitnorway.
• Create a description about your company and your travel offers, 2-5 paragraphs.

2. Log in to the system

Log in with your email and the password that you set after clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

Go to the Visitnorway publishing system.

3. Logo

1. Click Collateral
2. Click Media
3. Click Add new media
4. Fill out the following fields
   1. Title, Type your company name and logo, e.g. 'My test company logo'.
   2. Type, select Logo.
   3. File, upload your logo file from your local computer.
   4. Producer Photo Credit, Since this is the logo, put your company name here. Example: 'My test company'.

4. Images

1. Click Collateral
2. Click Media
3. Click Add new media
4. Fill out the following fields
   1. Title, Enter a short title for your image.
   2. Type, select Image.
   3. Description, Write a short description of the image, to describe what it shows.
   4. File, upload your logo file from your local computer.
   5. Producer Photo Credit, Add the copyright information for the image. Example: Photographer / My test company

Repeat the process above to add all the images you want to use on your company presentation or travel offers.

5. Company presentation

1. Click Collateral
2. Click Listings
3. Click Add Listing
4. Fill out the following fields:
   1. Type, select Tour Operator
   2. Address Type, select the address you want to use on your company presentation.
   3. Description, Write a description for the company presentation, 2-5 paragraphs.
   4. Categories, Set the Category to Company and select the option best suited to your business in subCategory.
   5. Additional Subcategories, not required for the company presentation. Skip these fields.
   6. Details, set or override information set on your account level, if required.
      1. Company, If you have a brand name or an alternative company name you want to use towards consumers, you can set that in this field.
      2. Email, adds a contact email to your company presentation (optional).
      3. Website, you can choose a custom landing page for your company presentation.
   7. Booking links, this section is used for travel offers (packages). Skip these fields.
   8. Listings Image, Click on the images you want to use on your company presentation, including the logo if added.
   9. Price, this section is used for travel offers (packages). Skip these fields.
   10. Related listings, is used to connect travel offers to the company presentation. You can find more information about this under step 7.
   11. Languages Spoken: Select the languages that you can deliver on. These will be used when presenting your company in our B2B section for Travel Trade.

6. Travel offers

1. Click Collateral
2. Click Listings
3. Click Add Listing
4. Fill out the following fields:
   1. Type, select Tour Operator
   2. Address Type, select which address you want to use on your company presentation.
   3. Description, Write a description for the company presentation, 2-5 paragraphs.
   4. Categories, Set the Category to Company and select the option best suiting your business in subCategory.
   5. Additional Subcategories, not required for the company presentation. Skip these fields.
   6. Details, here you can set or override information set on your account level, if required.
      1. Company, here you need to set the name of the travel offer.
      2. Email, adds a contact email to your travel offer (optional).
      3. Website, we recommend using the company url here.
   7. Booking links, add a link to the travel offer detail page here.
   8. Listings Image, Click on the images you want to use for your travel offer, including the logo, if added.
   9. Price, in this section, you will add pricing details for the travel offer.
      1. Price, Add the price together with the currency, e.g. EUR 5000
      2. Pre-Price, will be a small text before the price, e.g. From
      3. Post-Price, here you can type a small text after the price, e.g. per person
   10. Related listings, is used to connect travel offers to the company presentation. You can find more information on this in step 7.
   11. Languages Spoken: Skip this. This field is used by Norwegian travel providers.

7. Connect travel offers

Find the Listing IDs from your Listings overview.

1. Click Collateral
2. Click Listings
3. Enter the Listing IDs for your Listings of type Package(Travel offers) comma separated, like this: 227641,227642,227643
4. Click Edit (pen icon) for your company presentation (Listing Type: Tour Operator)
5. Find the field Related Listings and add the comma-separated list of travel offers 227641,227642,227643
6. Click Save

8. Verify on Visitnorway.com

Company presentations are synchronized to Visitnorway.com once an hour, between 15 and 20 minutes past the hour.

Example: Your company presentation will be live between 10:15 a.m. and 10:20 a.m., then again between 11:15 a.m. and 11:20 a.m., etc.

We have set up a redirect link that you can use to see your company presentation. You will need to change the ID in the link, so replace 123456 with the ID found in the field Listing ID.
