MS Yrja – Sparkling Wine Cruise with Sigurd Sollien

For the first time, we’re hosting a wine cruise aboard the MS Yrja—and what a premiere we have in store: Ørje will finally be visited once again by the wonderful Sigurd Sollien—a brilliant presenter and a great wine enthusiast!

This time, Sigurd will present a selection of delightful sparkling wines, all made using the traditional method, but from different parts of Europe and featuring diverse, exciting styles. We’ll serve a selection of delicious antipasti (hams, cheeses, good bread, and tasty accompaniments), and of course, we’ll cap off the evening with something sweet and delicious from Bakergården’s kitchen. The wines are presented in collaboration with wine importer Paal and T&P Wines in Halden.

A lovely evening with a fantastic view across Lake Rødenessjøen and the landscape, which is beginning to take on shades of fall colors.

The price includes a boat trip, delicious finger foods and dessert, as well as 4 glasses of wine and a pleasant evening with Sigurd Sollien.
