The Bergen Live Events team assist you in the process of assembling and executing a high-quality conference program or a corporate event. As your preferred PCO, we focus on planning and budgeting, project administration, and coordination between multiple venues, crowd management, and high quality technical execution of your professional program and social gatherings.
Our experienced team can assist you with strategy and planning, project management, marketing and communication, larger shows or smaller stage productions, sales, expos and sponsorship packages, negotiations with various vendors, budgeting and accounting, risk assessments, abstracts administration and program committee assistance, registration and service to speakers, delegates and VIPs. We prepare feasible run-downs and transportation plans, enabling you to be the best possible host for your guests.
We work in close cooperation with our clients and give impartial advice on the best venues and the best vendors suited for your specific requirements.
Promoting approximately 100 shows a year, Bergen Live is the biggest concert promoter in Bergen and the largest in Norway outside of Oslo. The shows we do range from 300 capacity club shows, to 23.000 capacity open air concerts. Bergen Live also produce corporate events, conferences from 25 – 2000 guests, and run an event space at Bergenhus Fortress. Additionally, we produce the 4 day open air music festival Bergenfest at Bergenhus Fortress. The Bergen Live team consists of 12 full time employees
