KUNST & KAOS

Kunst & Kaos (art & chaos) is a art gallery located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Røros. The gallery itself is not very large, but the quality, enthusiasm, and level of activity are considerable.

Here you will find a rich selection of graphics, sculptures, paintings, and handicrafts in various price ranges. We feature artworks by around fifty Norwegian artists.

In addition to art, you will also find books, handicrafts, design, and interior items in the gallery. This is what we call chaos, because a little chaos in everyday life may be necessary.

We welcome you with friendliness and knowledge whether you are looking for your first or your next artwork.

Kunst & Kaos also host art exhibitions, lectures, concerts, guided tours, and other types of events. The gallery can also be booked for private receptions or events.

How to find us: Kunst & Kaos is located in the old Finborudgården at Mørkstugata 3 in Røros. Mørkstugata is the extension of Bergmannsgata, just below the Røros Museum and Malmplassen.
