Restaurant on the 13th floor of Clarion Hotel The Hub.

The food at Norda combines Nordic cuisine with the flavours of the big cities around the world. The ingredients are sourced locally, with meat coming from Norwegian farms and part of the vegetables being grown in the GrowHub, a rooftop field on top of the hotel. The restaurant has a dry age cabinet and a raw bar with oysters and seafood. Over half the wines on the menu come from the USA, and most of them can be ordered per glass as well as a whole bottle.

Norda also has a chef’s table, where the head chef himself serves you a carefully composed meal.
