Riding and yoga make a great combination. The yoga classes are designed specially for riders with exercises to support your riding and take care of any sore muscles. We have offers for both experienced and inexperienced riders. No yoga experience needed.

Horseback Riding and Yoga for Experienced Riders (Weekend)

These weekends run Friday to Sunday several weeks during the summer

Included in the package is full-board stay at Venabu Fjellhotell, 2 x 3 hour tour, morning yoga by the lake and restorative evening yoga. Read more about our yoga and horseback riding weekend - for experienced riders (Norwegian).

Horseback Riding and Yoga for Inexperienced Riders (Weekend)

These weekends run Friday to Sunday several weeks during the summer

If you have little or no riding experience, maybe a weekend of horseback riding and yoga is for you. The holiday starts with a yoga class where we focus on, among other things, posture and body awareness, which will help you on horseback for the first time. During the holiday you will be taught the fundamentals or riding and take a tour in easy terrain. In addition, yoga classes are part of the package.

Horseback Riding and Yoga for Experienced Riders (Midweek)

These holidays run Monday to Friday several weeks during the summer

These mid-week breaks are for riders who would like to stay a little longer and enjoy the mountains from horseback. Our yoga classes make a great start to the day. After riding they help you to ease out and sore muscles.

Included in the package is full board at Venabu Fjellhotell, 2x2h tour, 1x4h tour and 1x full day tour.

Horseback Riding and Yoga for Inexperienced Riders (Midweek)

These holidays run Monday to Friday several weeks during the summer

These mid-week breaks suit guests with little or no previous riding experience. There is a progression during the holiday, starting with instruction and theory of horse and riding. On the last day you will be ready for a 2 hour riding in easy terrain. Restorative yoga sessions throughout the holiday help to relax any tired muscles - making this holiday a nice experience for new riders.
