The fine art of nature

  • By train to Ringerike

    By train

    The train between Oslo and Bergen, operated by NSB (the Norwegian State Railways), stops at Hønefoss. The journey takes about one and a half hour.

  • By road to Ringerike

    By road

    Hønefoss, the main town in Ringerike, lies 53 kilometres northwest of Oslo, and is the first natural stop on the road E16 from Oslo to Bergen.

    There are several daily bus departures from Oslo to Hønefoss. Travel time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
