The trail's starting point is at the Sports Hall, alternative starting points are the two places where the trail crosses Dyrbekkveien. You can also walk the path in stages so that the Sunday walk is not so long.

From the Sports Hall, you go via "Torget / the square", "Koffeldveien" and to "Brekkelia". From here down to "Finndalen". Here you can choose whether you want to go clockwise or counterclockwise, The description here goes with the sun. The first break must be taken at the old homestead "Steinhytta / stonecabin". Here, Roy Sletner is in the process of rebuilding the stone house. If you meet Roy, he is happy to tell you about the history of the place. Further on, you pass "Sølskauten", a place that the history team has restored. A mandatory stop is usually at the "Furukollen turhytte", which is owned by the Lions Club and is open on Sundays during the winter. There is also a great lookout tower here. The trip back to the dairy town takes you, among other things, visit an old burial mound on "Bogsåsen".
