Flåmstova Restaurant is delicate and modern Norwegian style with a warm atmosphere. Our culinary philosophy is that it should be Ægir beer in the food and with the food. Our exquisite kitchen serve local food and most ingredients are handpicked from the farms nearby. Ægir beer is a key ingredient in marinades and sauces, and hops, malt and herbs add that extra tang to the food.
