We offer breakfast buffet all year with a rich selection of warm and cold food, both healthy options and sweet temptations. During summer we offer lunch buffet and dinner à la carte with a classic and elegant feel, yet informal and rustic. Our skilled chefs offer a well-developed and varied menu, and you may taste local food from the area. We highly recommend our very own Ægir beer with the food, and we often use Ægir beer in marinades and sauces to bring a distinctive extra dimension to the food.
