In connection to the art gallery, K-U-K – Kjøpmannsgata Ung Kunst, you will find Gubalari, where the decor is a work of art in itself. They bring out the best of the last 50 decades in norwegian cuisine!

The expression was introduced by the famous television chef Ingrid Espelid Hovig. Ingrid was a pioneer in food trends! At Gubalari we will probably Troll a little when we take inspiration from over 300 episodes of Ingrid's "Fjernsynskjøkkenet". We will bring out the best of the last 50 decades!
