Join Exciting Salmon Fishing in the Drammen River!

The Drammen River is formed at the outlet of Tyrifjorden (near Vikersund in Modum municipality) and flows into the Drammen Fjord at Drammen. In addition to Tyrifjorden, the watercourse includes several large lakes, such as Randsfjorden, Eikeren, Krøderen, and Sperillen, as well as a number of larger and smaller rivers, streams, lakes, and ponds.

The river is scheduled to be treated for the salmon parasite Gyrodactylus salaris, but you can still experience exciting salmon fishing here. The Drammen River is Norway's second most species-rich river, only surpassed by the Glomma watercourse.
