Leela India Restaurant og Bar

At Leela the aim is to introduce customers to a variety of Indian dishes from across India, accompanied by street food prepared by experienced and award-winning Indian chefs. 

One of the defining features of Indian food is the use of spices. Indian spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, and cardamom are used extensively in cooking to create rich and complex flavors. These spices are often roasted and ground to release their aromatic oils, which are then added to dishes to create a depth of flavor that is hard to replicate in other cuisines.

The restaurant is conveniently located just across the road from the Fish Market, making it easy to find in Bergen city center. Small and large groups are welcome to make a reservation.
