On the farm

On the farm, you can experience Scottish highland cattle, cuddly goats, very nice sheep, handsome alpacas, kind pigs, rather cautious minipigs, lots of cuddly rabbits, guinea pigs, a bunch of tropical birds, different breeds of chickens, mallard ducks, turkeys , quails, chickens, purebred cats and dogs.

Here you can move freely among the animals and on the farm. The children can cuddle with the rabbits inside the enclosure with a little help from the hosts.

It is good for children to have close contact with animals and nature.

At Lillerud Gård, they have one great desire to teach children and adults what animal welfare and small-scale farming are.

Being able to give big and small people experiences and contact with animals drives the host in everyday life.

At the farm you can buy coffee and waffles - or pop into the farm shop, where plants and interiors, some new and some used, are sold.

The farm is about 55 minutes' drive from both Oslo and Fredrikstad.

You are allowed to bring your own packed lunch and thermos!
We have long tables by the enclosure for the animals or in the room at the barn. Own pets must unfortunately stay at home.

Rental of barn premises every day by appointment.
