Marifjøra Sjøbuer
On the south side of Gaupnefjorden, a side arm of Lustrafjorden, lies the village Marifjøra. Marifjøra Sjøbuer has four beautiful cabins in a fisherman's style built in the owner's garden by the fjord.
Four nice cottages in "rorbu" style, built for the 1996 season, right by the fjord. You will have a beautiful view to Gaupne and out towards the mountains and Feigumfossen waterfall. Guests can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view, you can fish in the fjord or rent a motor boat to explore the area. We will also recommend a car trip along the fjord, or take the car ferry from Solvorn - Urnes and visit the UNESCO Urnes Stavchurch.
Other famous attraction to discover in the area is Jostedalsbreen Glacier, The Breheimsenteret, The National Scenic Route Sognefjellet or drive to Skjolden and further to Mørkdridsdalen valley.
You can rent a cottages or the Vacation Home which is suitable for families up to 5 people. The house is placed behind Marifjøra Sjøbuer and has a parking lot by the house.
