In the middle of the courtyard you will find Ramme kro and restaurant, which is run by Ramme fjordhotell. Here you will eat naturally, sustainably and nutritiously. With us, the distance is short from farm to table. Today's diet varies according to the season and what we can harvest and produce on the farm. We are proud to maintain Debio's gold standard, which requires that at least 90% of the raw materials are organic.
We will use nature as a pantry, today's fresh fish from the fjord, mushrooms, berries and game meat from the forest. The dishes will be balanced and healthy where meat and fish will be an ingredient and not a main thing.
