In Svensby, not far from the ferry pier, lies Solheim farm in idyllic surroundings. You have a fantastic view of the Ullsfjord and the beautiful nature in Lyngen. We offer accommodation in a cottage (6 people), Ida bua (2 people) or an apartment (4 people) on the farm.

The cottage "Trollhytta" has two bedrooms (single and double) and a sleeping loft. The cabin is 45 sqm and has a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa corner and TV. It is ideal for a group of five.

Ida bua has one bedroom with a double bed and a livingroom with a kitchen corner and sitting area. The cabin is 25 sqm. The bathroom is in the mainhouse (5 m away), which is shared with guests in the apartment.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the main house. It has a modern style, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the main room. Suitable for a family or a group of friends. The apartment is approx. 65 sqm and features a fully equipped kitchen and a view over the Ullsfjord. The bathroom is located in the basement and is shared with the guests in Ida bua.

A stay at Solheim farm offers you the chance of great nature-based experiences in summer as well as winter. It is only a short way to forest roads and marked paths, as well as prepared skiing tracks in the wintertime. The area offers excellent opportunities for cycling, canoeing, climbing, glacier climbing, hunting, fishing, picking berries and mushrooms and photography.

For rent:
- Snowshoes incl. poles: NOK 200 per day
- Kick sledge: NOK 100 per day
- Bicycle: NOK 200 per day
- Grill hut: free use, but you need to buy grill charcoal
- Rowboat with lifevest: NOK 300 per day

Pick up at the aiport in Tromsø: NOK 1,000 (one way!)

On the farm there are sheep, cows, calves and a dog.
