At Energihotellet's restaurant in Nesflaten, Suldal, you will have a unique taste experience based on locally sourced ingredients from Ryfylke.
In the restaurant, delectable meals are prepared using seasonal produce, such as trout from Suldalsvatnet lake, lamb from Nesflaten, and venison from the mountains in Suldal. All while you admire the views of Suldalsvatnet lake and the majestic mountains in the area.
From June to August, you can enjoy a lunch at the restaurant. Groups can pre-book a two-course lunch.
A 4-course dinner is served at 19:15, and a 3-course dinner at 19:30.
