Walking trails at Skien fritidspark

Cross-country slopes at the leisure park
Ski trails in the forest around Skien fritidspark run in wide, nice routes and are perfect for a short ski trip or a real training session. You will find signposted circular trails that are 1 km, 2.5 km and 5 km long. The trails are light trails and the lights come on at dusk. The light is on until 10 p.m. every evening.

The trails are groomed by the Park Service about twice a week or as needed. Feel free to contact the Skien service center on tel. 35 58 10 00 or the website of Skien municipality for the status of the slopes.

Summer trails at the leisure park
What could be cozier than a little walk outside in beautiful nature? Here you will find paths that are suitable for both short walks and long training trips. The Telemark tourist association has a blue-marked trail to Hvitsteintjenn and Piggen.

In collaboration with DNB Nord and FFO Telemark, Skien fritidspark has established 4 resting areas along the light track at the leisure park. The resting areas are arranged for people with disabilities.
