1 tbsp duck fat or butter
½ tsp baking powder
200 ml cream
Salt and pepper
Seaweed from Lofoten Seaweed (optional)
Approx. 30 g of smoked salmon
Herb mayonnaise (parsley and estragon or whatever other herbs you like)
