Trollkrem

A classic lingonberry dessert

Trollkrem is basically a fluffy egg cream with lingonberries. It’s fresh and just perfect after a heavy Christmas dinner!

Ingredients:

2 egg whites
200 g sugar
300 g lingonberries
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Zest from 1 lemon

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until you have a firm meringue.
Serve with extra berries and perhaps rosette cookies!

Tip! Feel free to substitute lingonberries with other berries you have available. Maybe you have a freezer full of red currants, blackcurrants or raspberries from the summer?
